Inquiry finds merit in BJP leaders’ bid to ‘bribe’ Leh scribes

Several journalists, in a written complaint against BJP’s state president Ravinder Raina and MLC Vikram Randhawa alleged these leaders tried to “offer bribe in envelops to swing votes”.
