Horrified to see cow vigilantes thrashing innocent men in Madhya Pradesh: Mehbooba Mufti

Suspected cow vigilantes allegedly thrashed two persons in Madhya Pradesh’s Seoni with sticks, accusing them of carrying beef, following which five accused have been arrested.
