PM Kisan scheme: Aadhaar optional for first instalment; compulsory from second one

Agriculture Ministry prescribes rules to avail the recently-launched Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi, where a beneficiary would get ₹6,000 per year in three installments.
