Naxal letter talks of plotting a ‘Rajiv-Gandhi type incident,’ allege Pune police

A letter seized from Rona Wilson’s house mentions about “the requirement of ₹8 crore for an annual supply of M-4 carbines and four lakh rounds,.” say police.
