To SC judge's query 'what is happening in W. Bengal govt', State counsel retorts with 'what is happening in CBI'

The impromptu query from Justice A.K. Sikri, the No. 2 judge in the Supreme Court, came immediately after advocate and BJP leader Gaurav Bhatia detailed the alleged killings of three BJP workers.
